The public alerts the police regarding two men sitting in a car on a parking lot in Nordby and are perceived as intoxicated. The description of the car matches a previous alarm received earlier in the morning regarding suspected drunk driving where the car at that time could not be located. The police conduct a check on the identified vehicle and in connection with this, suspicion is formed that the driver is affected by something. He is allowed to go with to a healthcare facility for blood testing. The passenger is apprehended in accordance with the Law on Emergency Assistance (LOB).
