Police are called to Östra Farmvägen near Sorgenfrivägen after an alarm is raised that a boy has fallen off an electric scooter. An ambulance is also called to the scene. At present, there is no further information. 

Update 15:36 The driver of the electric scooter is a 19-year-old boy and he did not want to ride with the ambulance. In connection with the reporting, suspicions of a narcotics offense arose and the boy was taken by the police for further sampling. The boy is suspected of minor narcotics use, possession and personal use.
