A woman claims that she was beaten by a man she knows. The man remains at the scene when the police arrive. After hearing the parties, the man is arrested, suspected of assault. Since there were children present at the incident, a report is also filed regarding child welfare offense. The man, in turn, claims that the woman hit him, and a counter-report is filed.
