The police receive a call that a man inside a restaurant has a knife on him.

The police have been on the scene and they have arrested a man in his 20s suspected of gross crime against the knife law. He is also suspected of minor narcotics crime through own use and possession of a small amount of suspected narcotics.

In addition to the man's sampling, the police will hold an interrogation with him and thereafter a prosecutor will make a decision on whether he should remain detained or not.
