A police patrol stopped a car on Stadiongatan. The driver, a man in his early twenties, was suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and was taken in for a blood test. The man lacks a driver's license and is suspected of driving under the influence, minor narcotics offense of personal use and unauthorized driving.
