The police's regional command center has handled between 22.00-07.00 a number of 40 cases in the county. What stands out is:

At 22.30, the police are alerted to a villa in Värnamo town due to a disturbance in the residence. In the residence there is a man in his 45s, a woman in her 40s, and a minor boy. The woman has injuries and is bleeding, and the man is suspected of assault, unlawful threats, and child welfare offenses since there were children in the residence. The woman has been checked by an ambulance and does not have life-threatening injuries. The man has been detained by the prosecutor during the night.

03.04: A car has driven into the median on E4, Vaggeryd. Six people were in the car, and all are awake and able to talk, but three complain of pain and are taken away by ambulance. The car needs to be towed from the scene and there is a lot of debris on the road, but traffic can still pass the scene. No crime is suspected.

05.53: A car has driven off the road and overturned on regional road 27 outside Rydaholm. Four people were in the car, and all have been able to get out of the car and are awake and able to talk. The driver is said to have swerved for wildlife, and therefore driven off the road. No crime is suspected.
