Here follow a selection of the night's events:
04.19 Break-in, Timrå:
Police are called to a building materials store on Timrå industrial area due to a suspected break-in. The entrance is suspected to have been forced by a vehicle and people have been seen loading goods into two cars that left the scene.
One of the cars, which is stolen, is found by the police at a campsite in Sörberge. In the car, there is suspected stolen goods and it is taken into custody for technical examination. The building materials store is also cordoned off for technical examination. An interrogation is held and the scene is documented.
A report will be filed regarding theft through break-in.
Police would like to receive observations of a gold-coloured Volvo in the area or anything else that can be linked to the incident. These are reported via 114 14.
Update 07.58: The incident is being investigated as a serious theft through break-in.
06.06 Wildlife accident, Sollefteå:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a car and an elk on Highway 335, Gålsjö. No personal injuries are reported. The elk is injured/dead and a tracker is called out.
Other:
A person was taken in for blood sampling last night due to suspicion of narcotics crime.
Police have also carried out several checks of people and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of a crime.
