A person is suspected of gross drunk driving after vehicle inspection.
Police patrol checks a driver on county road 136 in Borgholm.
The driver, a 70-year-old man, blows positively in the police's sieving instrument and is so intoxicated that he is also taken into custody for sobering up according to the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons (LOB).
A report of gross drunk driving is drawn up.
