An 80-year-old woman has been contacted by phone and asked to hand over valuable items to a person who will come to pick them up later in the day. Police are stationed at the address, and at 17:30, a suspicious man arrives. The police intervene and, after a short foot chase, manage to secure the man. He is apprehended, suspected of attempted serious fraud.
