The police have received several alarm calls from several people at different bathing places in the Gothenburg area about cars that have parked in other vehicles and/or are traffic hazards. This can result in the police and rescue services being limited in reaching people in distress if acute situations were to arise. This also means that the police must use resources against the problem, which could otherwise be used for more acute activities.   
It can also pose a danger to people with illness who need to leave the areas and seek care. It can also hinder public transportation from reaching its destination. 

The police therefore want to urge visitors to bathing places to park according to signs, even if there are many visitors to the places and a lack of parking spaces. It can be crucial for life-saving interventions that emergency personnel can reach the scene without hindrance.
