Person on electric scooter hit by car driver in Vasastan.
At Sveaplan a woman has been hit by a driver. It is unclear what injuries the woman has sustained but initial reports suggest that she was awake and able to speak. A report will be filed regarding reckless endangerment of bodily harm.
