Police are in the construction phase in a case with a missing person in Säffle. 

A man has gone missing in connection with a bicycle tour from his group. 

The man is in his 70s and is approximately 185 centimeters tall. He is said to have red hair. 
At the time of disappearance, the man was cycling a black electric bicycle.
The man wore a green cap, black shorts, a beige short-sleeved shirt, and black sandals during the bicycle tour. 
The man is not from the area. He also has difficulty being understood through speech.
