A man tries to steal a shopping cart with goods from a grocery store in Norrtälje but is caught by a free police officer.
Police are called to a grocery store in Norrtälje after a free police officer intervened against a man in his 30s who tried to leave the store with a shopping cart with goods without paying.
The man resists when the police are about to intervene and is then arrested on suspicion of violent resistance and theft.
