A bouncer at a bar on Nygatan in Gävle contacts the police due to two English-speaking men, who were previously refused, continuing to harass the bouncer.

When the police arrive at the scene, one of the men, a foreign citizen in his early twenties, is found and, due to severe intoxication, is apprehended according to the Law on Public Order and Morality (LOB).
