An 85-year-old woman reports to the police and tells that she has been a victim of a scam. The woman was called by a man who said that she had applied for a loan and then referred her to "the police security department". After the call, a younger man came to the woman's home and took her bank card under the pretext that he would help and block them.

Withdrawals have been made from the cards.

The police are sent to the complainant for further information gathering.
