Someone or several people are believed to have placed a ladder against a window on the upper floor, after which the window has been smashed. Several patrols are heading to the address and when they arrive, they meet a suspected perpetrator who comes out of the residence.

The suspect, a man in his mid-20s, is secured non-dramatically and apprehended on the spot. There are reports that the number of involved individuals is supposed to have been more but that they left before the patrols arrived.

The police are conducting initial investigative measures, such as crime scene investigation and door-to-door questioning in the area.
