Police alarm to Rastplats on TPL 53 in Tvååker after a truck driver confronted a number of perpetrators who loaded goods from the victim's truck to another truck.

At least 3 perpetrators were chased into the woods by the victim and one fled with the truck. One of the police patrols that was called to the scene tried to stop the fleeing truck which initially refused to stop. A short pursuit was initiated, but the perpetrator abandoned the truck on E 6 southbound.

He was apprehended after a sprint. The truck, however, rolled into a police car that was in front. This circumstance makes it currently completely stopped on E6 southbound at the height of Himle.

The perpetrator's truck was full of stolen tires and rims.

The operation is ongoing and at least 3 more perpetrators are being chased.
