A motorist contacted the police after being behind a swerving car. Suddenly the woman, who was driving the swerving car, lost control of it and ended up in a ditch.

The informant and another witness spoke with the driver, who did not want any help and left the scene. When the police arrived, they were able to locate the driver with the help of the witnesses, who then blew positively in the police's breathalyzer.

The police patrol took the woman in for blood sampling and interrogation. She is now suspected of drunk driving or aggravated drunk driving.
