Reports are coming in that intoxicated individuals are staying in Vänortsparken in Umeå and it is described as verbally tumultuous.

The police go there and check. One person is taken into custody with the support of the law on the deprivation of liberty of intoxicated persons (LOB) and is handed over to the care unit for sobriety.
