Police and other blue light resources are being sent to the scene. The fire department enters with divers and locates the fire in the stairwell. The fire has been extinguished. There are no reports of anyone being physically injured.

The police have initiated an investigation regarding a serious arson, as there is reason to suspect that the fire may have been set intentionally. Barricades have been set up and technicians are being called to the scene. Other initial investigative measures, such as interrogations and door-to-door questioning, have been started. There is currently no suspect in the matter.
