A person is alleged to have entered and stolen goods.

The person, a man, has left the scene but is found in the area and apprehended. 

Suspected stolen goods and suspected narcotics have been seized.

A crime scene investigation is being conducted.

A report concerning theft/ receiving stolen goods and minor narcotics offenses has been drawn up.

After questioning, the prosecutor will decide whether the man, who is in his 35s, should be detained or not.
