Several patrol units were alerted and after a few minutes were able to secure the car, which had then driven off the road. Two people are in the car and according to reports on the scene, no serious injuries are reported. The driver is suspected of having driven under the influence and will be taken in for a blood test. The driver is also suspected of gross reckless driving and gross negligence in traffic. The passenger is initially suspected of narcotics offense for personal use and is also taken in for a blood test.
