June 16, 14.13, Assault, Strömstad

A man calls in to the police and tells that he sees two men fighting with fists. The caller manages to interrupt the fight but the men are still angry and screaming. The police go to the scene and it turns out that it's about someone parking incorrectly / blocking the way. A report of assault is made. Suspect is a 55-year-old man and the victim is a 25-year-old man. The victim is bleeding from the mouth but is not in need of an ambulance.
