The man who crashed on the motorcycle had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance but was awake and able to speak at departure.

The motorcycle that the man was riding was found to have been stolen during the morning/afternoon during a break-in and the man is currently suspected of the break-in/theft and another break-in that occurred during the morning.

The man is also suspected of reckless driving and driving under the influence of drugs and he has been detained during the afternoon.
