A driver has been fined for having travelled on E4 with several minors without seatbelts in the car. The vehicle was stopped after the regional police headquarters had been informed that it appeared that there were people in the car who did not have seatbelts on.
In addition to the fine, contact will be made with social services regarding the unseated young people.
