The car is driven by a female driver and a male passenger. 

The man shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics and is taken for further testing. 

In connection with the intervention, the man becomes aggressive towards the police patrol. 

The man, who is in his mid-twenties, is now suspected of minor narcotics offense for personal use, violent resistance and insulting a public official. The man is apprehended in accordance with the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons (LOB).
