A single-vehicle accident was reported from county road 820 at Ripsa. A car had driven off the road and ended up on the roof. The driver, a man in his 30s, was alone in the car and was not injured. However, he was intoxicated and affected by drugs and is now suspected of gross drunk driving, drug driving and minor narcotics offense.
