The driver parks the vehicle, but then makes an attempt to drive further. The roadblocker then steps in front of the car and prevents further travel. The police arrive at the scene and the driver, a woman in her 40s, is taken in for a blood test. This is because there is reason to suspect that she may have been driving under the influence.
