The police are on the scene in Mantorp Park and at 17.50 a patrol sees a man who has a vest where it says "Police".

The man is in his 30s and intoxicated, and he is taken into custody according to LOB. He is also suspected of Impersonating a public official, as well as possession of narcotics. 

Impersonating a public official means that someone improperly poses as a government official. The punishment is a fine or imprisonment of up to six months.
