During the afternoon, a driver is observed acting under the influence of a witness. The witness contacts the man and, in connection with this, the vehicle keys are taken away and the police are contacted.

A police patrol that arrives at the scene performs a breath test on the suspected alcohol-impaired man, and the test shows positive. Further blood sampling is taken with suspicion of drunk driving.

At closer inspection, it also turns out that the man who left the positive breath test also lacks a driver's license as it has been revoked, which is why an additional suspicion of gross unlawful driving is added.

An analysis of the blood sampling will show whether the investigation will continue and the suspicion will be strengthened.
