Several villa owners on Panggatan in Västerås call the police after a person, unknown to the villa owners, has been wandering around the area.

According to the informant, the person, who is supposed to be a man, has started picking up things and has been on the plots. He may also have tried to seize a bicycle.

When the police arrive at the scene, a man in his 50s is found who matches the description. Due to a high level of intoxication, he is taken into custody in accordance with the Law on the Deprivation of Liberty of Intoxicated Persons.

It is unclear if the man will be suspected of any crime.
