A person who is located in a staircase belonging to a multi-family house at an address in Västerås calls the police due to the fact that high screams can be heard from one of the apartments.

In the apartment, the police find a man and a woman who are believed to have had some form of relationship earlier.

The man, who is in his mid-30s, is arrested on suspicion of assault, vandalism, breach of peace and severe harassment of women.
