10:11 Länsväg 523 Ström, Umeå: Four order fines are issued for speeding offenses, the highest recorded speed was 85 kilometers per hour on the 60-mile stretch.

10:24 Skiftesgatan, Anderstorp, Skellefteå: Approximately 20 drivers blew into the police's sieving instrument and all were sober.
