Alarm is received about an accident on Clements Street. A person has crashed their electric scooter and is injured. Police and an ambulance are sent to the scene. 

The injured, a man in his mid-20s, is taken to the hospital. 

The electric scooter is seized as it is suspected of being modified. A report is filed for driving under the influence, minor narcotics offense, unauthorized driving, and reckless driving.
