Police have handled a hundred incidents in Östergötland County between 10 PM and 7 AM. No serious violent crimes or serious incidents have come to the police's knowledge. Seven wildlife accidents (moose, wild boar, deer) have occurred but not with any personal injuries.

01:50 Fire - Åtvidaberg

A larger wooden house in Tomtebo starts to burn for unknown reasons. The fire department heads to the scene but the building cannot be saved. The work is concentrated on preventing the fire from spreading. Police have been on the scene and at present, no crime is suspected in connection with the fire and no person has been injured.

05:12 Theft of motor vehicles etc - Norrköping

Police are alerted that a suspected stolen car is being driven in a traffic hazard on E22 at Kneippen. The patrol is quickly on the scene and the car is dumped at Ektorp and two people take to flight on foot. The passenger can be tracked and is arrested a short distance away while the driver is still at large. The arrested person is a 20-year-old man, he is now suspected of theft of motor vehicles as well as narcotics crime.
