Since midnight, seven people in the county have been taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons. One in Luleå, one in Pajala and three in Arvidsjaur, of which one was handed over to a relative. Two people have also been taken into custody in Piteå. There was also a person taken in for testing after suspicion of narcotics influence.
