Since midnight, four people in Luleå have been taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons. One of them is suspected of minor narcotics offenses through possession. One person has also been taken into custody in Arvidsjaur and one in Pajala. The latter was handed over to a relative/next of kin. 

01:11 Assault, Jokkmokk
Police are ordered to the center due to an assault. A man is said to have been assaulted. He is to be taken to medical care with unknown injury status. There is no suspect in the matter.

02:52 Drunk driving, Kiruna
Police stop and check a car. The driver, a woman, blows positively in the breathalyzer and is taken in for further testing. A report of drunk driving is filed. 

03:25 Home invasion, Arvidsjaur
Police are contacted regarding a man who is said to have entered another person's home without permission. A report of home invasion is filed. 

05:20 Traffic control, Boden
Police have conducted a traffic control on Gamla Lulevägen. Eight drivers were required to blow in the police breathalyzer and all were sober. A fine was issued for speeding offense.

05:35 Traffic accident, Luleå
Police have investigated a traffic accident, a single-vehicle accident with a car on E4 Rutvik. No person is said to have been injured and police suspect no crime behind the accident.

Summary of the police's work in connection with Boden Alive, Friday:

Police Chief reports that Friday was a pleasant occasion with a generally good atmosphere among the festival visitors. The organizer had plenty of staff - who together with security guards and police worked with high visibility and presence. Police also had good cooperation with social services and their field workers who were present on the festival area throughout the evening.

Three cases of assault have been reported, two of which occurred after the festival's closing time inside a bar where a report and a counter-report were filed. In total, five people have been taken into custody according to LOB, one of whom was a minor and was handed over to a guardian.
