Police were alerted to a residential area in Lund due to a man in his 20s being subjected to a suspected robbery attempt outdoors.

A person unknown to the victim has attempted to force the victim to hand over their belongings. According to initial reports, the man had some form of weapon.

Police patrols are searching the area and encounter in connection with this a man who is suspected of being the perpetrator. He is arrested, suspected of attempted robbery.

The suspect, who is in his 20s, was later detained during the night.
