Police go to Ågestabadet where a man is alleged to be masturbating outdoors. Several people have tried to talk to the man, but he has not stopped his behavior despite this.

The man is controlled by police. He is in his 50s and heavily intoxicated. He is also carrying a knife, so in addition to sexual harassment, he is suspected of a serious offense against the knife law. 
He is detained under the LOB (Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons).
