A woman who has taken refuge with a neighbor reports that she has been physically abused by her boyfriend.

Police go to the residence to hold an interrogation with the woman. In connection with this, the man comes home to the residence, drunk in his car.

The man is apprehended suspected of driving under the influence and assault, alternatively violation of a restraining order. He is driven to the police station for blood sampling and subsequent interrogation.
