A call comes in via 112 about a traffic accident.

According to the caller, a drunk teenage boy was “riding” standing on a tow bar behind a vehicle that is said to have been travelling at at least 30 km/h.

An ambulance quickly arrives and takes the boy to hospital.

A police patrol goes to the scene and files a report of causing bodily injury, leaving the scene of a traffic accident, and reckless driving.

No one has currently been informed that they are suspected of the alleged offences.
