The hours of 00-07, four people have been taken into custody for intoxication. The police have also carried out a number of checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.

02:54 Single vehicle accident, Östersund
A report has been received about a single vehicle accident with an electric bicycle in Östersund. The driver, a man in his 50s, has died. Relatives have been informed. The accident is to be investigated and in order to do so, an investigation has been initiated regarding causing death to another person. The electric bicycle has been seized and is to be examined. There is no suspect in the case.

A wild animal accident has been reported to the police in the morning. There are no reports of personal injuries.
