Police have handled a number of 160 events in Östergötland County between 10 PM and 7 AM. No serious violent crimes or serious events have come to the police's knowledge. Two wild animal accidents (elk, deer) have occurred but not with any personal injuries.

There have been a relatively large number, 30, of alcohol-related cases that have resulted in either detention in accordance with the LOB or home transport and/or contact with guardians.

Regarding the Hugo Park Festival in Norrköping, the police chief has reported that there were a large number of visitors and in general a good and pleasant atmosphere. Only minor disturbances, some refusals or removals in accordance with section 13, as well as around 10 detentions in accordance with the LOB.

The police are alerted that there has been a burglary in a villa in Krokek while the residents were away. Someone or several people have set up a ladder and entered through a window on the upper floor. The police have been on the scene but there is no suspect. It is also unclear what was taken.

02:27 Drunk Driving - Norrköping

An observant citizen alerts the police that a man who appears intoxicated is driving a car in Marielund in Norrköping. The police arrive and find the vehicle and the man who blows positively. The driver, who is in his 60s, is taken for a blood test and is now suspected of gross drunk driving.
