Suspected serious unlawful driving in central Östersund.

At a stop and check of a private car it appears that the driver lacks the right to drive a car.

The car, which has a driving ban and is deregistered, is seized to prevent future traffic offenses.

A report regarding gross unauthorized driving is drawn up.
