Police alarm to the hospital's emergency department due to a 20-year-old man having injuries to his hand that are suspected to have occurred through some type of handling of gunpowder in a place outside of Kristianstad. 

An investigation is initiated regarding a crime against the law concerning flammable and explosive goods.
