Police alarm to a campsite in Ängelholms municipality due to a suspected sexual crime.

A smaller area of the campsite is cordoned off and a technical investigation is conducted.

The complainant, a woman, is taken to hospital by ambulance for examination. A police patrol goes to the hospital to hold a closer interrogation with the woman.

The initial classification is rape. No one is arrested or suspected in the matter.

The cordons are maintained and the police are clear on the scene.
