Police alarm leads to the location where a man, according to witnesses, walks around and hits different people. When the patrol arrives, a man in his 40s is found to be under the influence but the people who were hit have left. The man is taken into custody due to his impaired behavior (LOB) and will be questioned before he is released. A report will be filed for minor narcotics offense, assault and vandalism.
