Police have handled a 60 cases between 22 and 07 in Östergötlands county. No serious violent crimes or serious events have come to the police's knowledge.

03:29 Arson, Linköping.

Alarm is received that it is burning in a canopy at a multi-family house in Tannefors. The canopy is located outside the building where there is a business premises. The fire department can extinguish the fire before it has a chance to spread. The police have heard witnesses and conducted an investigation of the crime scene and there are things that suggest the fire was set on purpose. The crime classification is arson and there is currently no suspected perpetrator.

03:38 Drunk driving, Linköping

Alarm about a single-vehicle accident in a roundabout on Lambohovsleden is received. In the car are three young men. The driver is in his 20s and drove straight into a roundabout and collided with a tree. No one is seriously injured, but one of the passengers has to go to the hospital for a check-up. The driver has to go with the patrol for a blood test as he is suspected of drunk driving.
