The police receive several calls about a man who appears to be intoxicated. He is knocking on doors and windows, and he has managed to break at least one window into a dwelling.

The police have been on the scene and they have taken into custody a man according to the LOB. The Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons.

The man, who is in his 40s, is currently suspected of vandalism.
