Under the morning the police received calls about a man who had health problems during his stay in Bjökliden, Kiruna. 
Police on duty made a decision to start a rescue service according to the LSO, the Act on Protection against Accidents, to assist the man. Mountain rescuers were called to the scene. 
At 10:40, it was reported that the mountain rescuers had picked up the man and that he would then be flown to medical care by helicopter. The operation is over.
